Helping Hands Mission Camp is a Christian, youth focused, multi- denominational community service mission to help the citizens of Gloucester County, Virginia who need home repairs to make their houses warmer, dryer and safer. The week-long camp is held in July (10th-15th for 2016), and provides those interested in helping their community an easy, safe, and convenient way to experience a mission trip without leaving the United States. Helping Hands Mission Camp was formed in 2005 by 3 friends (Terry Stacey, Randy Stacey and David Loase) from 2 churches (Susanna Wesley UMC and Gloucester. Their desire was and continues to be to help citizens of Gloucester County, Virginia, who need home repairs!
