
The Youth Mental Health First Aid Training is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing mental health or addiction challenges or is in crisis.
The purpose of the Adult Mental Health First Aid Training is to promote a more in-depth understanding of mental health in families and communities. This 8-hour certification course assists family members, caregivers, school staff, health and human service workers, etc. to help adults who may be experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
