The Gloucester County Public Schools Educational Foundation, along with Chesapeake Bank and Chesapeake Wealth Management, invite the public to their 3K & 8K Run/Walk on Saturday, March 7th, at Gloucester High School. Participants can sign up online until March 4 at 11:59 p.m. or on race day!

Hospice Volunteers Needed
Riverside Water Reed Hospice is seeking support staff volunteers, bereavement support, patient companions, pet therapy and caregiver respite providers to help those with life-limiting illnesses with six months or less to live.
Free volunteer training will be provided.

Gloucester Arts on Main to present “The Story of a True Likeness”

Dunn is a retired professor of art at the University of South Carolina and a professional photographer living in Mathews.
Roberts’ work, nearly 4,000 glass plate negatives, sat in a dark, dusty crawlspace seemingly forgotten for half a century.
The event is free and open to the public. A cash bar will be available.
