This week Gloucester County Virginia will see dangerous heat index values, and high temperatures in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees.
In partnership with Gloucester County Emergency Management and the Gloucester County Library, an “Emergency Community Cooling Station” will be available at the Library’s Main Street location, where residents in need can come inside and get a break from the heat.
This temporary service will be provided:
Monday, July 20th through Friday, July 24th
Open from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
