Make a local low or no-income senior’s holiday bright this season by becoming a virtual Santa in Home Instead Senior Care’s Be a Santa to a Senior Program (BASTAS)! Each year, Bay Aging identifies deserving seniors across the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck who are need of coats, clothing, shoes, toiletries, gift cards for groceries, and other necessities to receive gifts through the BASTAS Program.

Each senior has completed a wish list of items, and we need you to ‘Be a Santa’ and help fulfill the lists! To sponsor a senior, visit www.BeASantaToASenior.com and enter your zip code in the “Find a Tree” search bar to locate a deserving senior near you! When you click on a senior’s bulb, it will take you to an Amazon gift registry full of items that senior needs. Purchase as many items as you wish from the Amazon registry, and the gifts will be shipped directly to the senior’s home for them to enjoy this holiday season.
