Gloucester PRT has won a grant from NRPA to have staff trained as instructors in the Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease program. This 6-week program was written specifically for those with arthritis, but is a resource for anyone.
Participants will meet 3 times per week for an hour. Sessions include an informational element, stretching & walking. Participants should wear comfy shoes and dress for the weather. -Gardening/Outdoor supplies – pesticides, herbicides, pool chemicals, etc.
-Household items – small propane canisters and propane tanks for grills, cooking oils, fire extinguishers, toxic household cleaners, drain cleaners, mercury, batteries, electronics, fluorescent/cfl light bulbs, etc.
-Painting supplies – paints, thinners, solvents, epoxies, wood preservatives, etc.
