
In support of the new Rappahannock Community College and HealthKeepers, Inc. partnership, which will fund scholarships for high school juniors, seniors and recent graduates, RCC will host a series of informational sessions, designed to answer questions that students may have about the program on the following dates:
• Glenns Campus on June 27 at 10 a.m.
• Warsaw Campus on June 27 at 10 a.m.
• New Kent High School on June 27 at 6 p.m.
• RCC King George on June 28 at 6 p.m.
The scholarship, known as the RCC Anthem Scholars program, is available for students who have at least “C” grades or better and are interested in the following subject areas:
• Cybersecurity
• Pre-Nursing / Practical Nursing
• Emergency Medical Services
• STEM Science
• STEM Health / Pre-Med / Pre-Physical Therapy / Pre-Dental
• Transfer degree
Classes in those subject areas will be available both in class and online. Students are encouraged to apply at the RCC website, http://www.rappahannock.edu/anthem
